Some days only a good pie will do. There is nothing quite as satisfying as cutting through crunchy golden pastry and revealing a gorgeous creamy centre of savoury goodness.
This Quorn Chicken and garlic parcel has it all. The perfect pie of any season. Great hot with mash or cold and sliced for a picnic.
Quorn chicken and garlic parcel
- 225 g quorn cut into chunks
- 150 g cream cheese with garlic and herbs
- 150 g puff pastry.
- Milk to glaze.
Preheat the oven to 200c gas mark 6.
Mix the quorn and cream cheese together in a bowl.
Roll out the pastry into a 30cm square. Place on a baking tray.
Pile the mix in the middle and fold the corners into the centre.
Brush milk on the top to glaze and place in the oven for 35 minutes.
Good served hot or cold.
