I love a picnic and nothing could be more British than lugging a basket of goodies into a field to sit on a blanket and scoff them in the sunshine. But what if you’re gluten free? There’s no need to feel left out I’ve rounded up some of my favourite recipes and a few supermarket treats that will give you a whole host of gluten free picnic ideas.

Something to wash the food down with? Hubby was gutted when I was diagnosed, as he thought he’d never be able to bring beer in the house again. I’m not much of a drinker but a cool drink can go down well in the summer. Fear not as the range of gluten free beers and ales is massive now. Check out this beer case as a great introduction.
