20 FREE vintage flowers homescreen wallpapers

I have created the 20 vintage flowers homescreen wallpapers for both phone and desktop. You can find them in zip files at the bottom of this post.

They are in jpeg format, so they are easy to upload to whatever device you’d like to decorate. Just make sure you unzip the folder first, so you can use them in the proper dimensions.

Last year I used to create monthly phone backgrounds and desktop wallpapers. In addition to a printable calendar.

You can still find them in the vault of this site. Get access to the vault below. However I decided to stop doing them in favour of other project.

Just recently I was asked about them again, so I’ve created a much larger set and themed them around vintage flowers.

You can find lots of different variations, including dark florals, pinks, summer themed and nature inspired.

Simple

This set I have grouped under simple heading. Delicate watercolour fronds and flowers have been converted into digital designs. But they don’t loose the delicate quality of the paint.

Dark

I love dark and moody floral designs. I have been inspired by all manner of florals. Walks in woodlands and Gothic romance with deep red roses are some of design points.

All these designs come in both phone and desktop format.

Cute

Sunshine, fun and playfulness are some of the words I would use to describe this set of ‘cute’ designs.

Many of these designs can be found on products at my redbubble and society6 stores.

Nature

Having the title ‘nature’ does seem a bit odd in a flower themed set of downloads. However these designs were more focused on specific species. So I thought I’d group them together.

Pastel

I love the opportunity painting in watercolors gives me to create beautiful, translucent pastel designs. It’s such a great medium for creating soft florals.

These designs look just as great on phone screens as they do on tea dresses.

summer

This set just screams the height of summer to me. Hot, long, lazy days. Meadow walking, surrounded by beautiful wild flowers teaming with the buzzing insects. Or the tropical palm houses and hot, white sandy beaches. Summer all wrapped up.
