Crafty Couture: A Hands-On Review of Unique Fashion Finds
This week I’ve been lucky enough to add four new items to my wardrobe from Dear Lover These unique fashion finds are the perfect additions for my carefree crafty life.
When I turned forty during the covid lockdown. I had a fashion revelation! I no longer was willing to force myself into uncomfortable clothes for fashion and wanted to dress with the new carefree attitude I embraced with a new decade. So began a journey toward a wardrobe of clothes that are comfortable, fun and also include some me made accessories.

Dungarees – Practicality Meets Creativity
I don’t know why I ever gave up on dungarees after the toddler years, but they are back in my life and I love them! This cotton and elastane mix jumpsuit, is so forgiving. You can bend and stretch in them, have a big pasta lunch and they will still fit amazing!
They will make the perfect canvas for some diy covered buttons, or a fun laser engraved brooch.
Today I teamed them with a me made batwing blouse.

We are in full swing with festival season and I know I’ll be packing this three quarter length sleeve, silver sequin kimono for Bestival this summer. It just gives such cool disco diva vibes and it goes so well with my handmade felt floral crown.
