Crepe paper rose wreath materials
To make the wreath you will need:
- A metal wreath frame
- Scissors
- Florist wires
- Florist tape
- Bostik Glitter pen in Silver
- White Crepe paper
- A selection of white and silver baubles
- Stems of Bay and Eucalyptus leaves

First arrange your stems around the wreath ring and secure them by weaving the stalks into the wire.

Then tie on the baubles, making sure you have an even spread.

To make the roses
First cut two sets of petal shapes from the folded crepe paper.
One small tear drop shape about 4cm high and one larger tear drop shape about 6cm high.
Making sure that when you cut them the crepe is going across the petal not up and down.

For each rose you will need:
- 5 small petals
- 7 large petals
- 3 short lengths of florist tape cut.

To make the bud for the centre of the rose
Fold over a square of crepe paper and twist around the florist wire.
Secure with a short length of florist tape.

Then place the five small petals around the bed and wrap with tape to secure.
Finally add the seven larger petals and secure.

To add an extra special festive touch, edge the petals with Bostik glitter glu and allow to dry.

Then insert the roses around the wreath, bending the wires at the back of the wreath to keep them secure.

Hang on your door and admire.

Alternatively to could always use it as a table decoration and place some church candles in the centre.
Ways to adapt your crepe paper rose wreath
Change the colour scheme by using:
- different baubles
- different crepe paper or glitter glue colours.
- Use different foliage – like rosemary, holly or fir.
