I do not get a password no matter how many times I sign up. You have really cute patterns but it is impossible to get the patterns!!! I have checked junk…nothing there.

I thought I had the password but it does not work and I have tried a number of times to get the password sent to me by reapplying for the updates etc. but I never get a response. please tell me how to get the darn thing I really like the patterns and there are so many I have missed because I can not get into the vault, like this one.
