8 ways to dress your Christmas Table
I do like to decorate my table for Christmas day. Want some inspiration to style yours? Here are 8 ways to dress your Christmas Table.
This is my age showing now, but when I watch Home alone. I’m not rooting for the kid anymore, I’m admiring the massive house they own and the the way they have decorated for Christmas. Even though they are going away! Now my house is no where near half the size and I don’t have a table that will seat sixteen.

Festive favours
Go all out with green and gold foliage and rather than crackers this year, why not gift everyone a beautiful bauble for their tree. It could become a great family tradition and provide lovely memories every time you put up your tree. Christmas Handcraft Luxe baubles can be found at Habitat. £6

Make your settings personal and let everyone know where they are meant to sit with photo mementos tucked into the napkins. Add a touch of ribbon, charger plates and gold cutlery and your good to go.
Table setting arrange on the Savoy Dining Table from Furniture Choice Ltd £349.99

Illuminated tables
If you have a beautiful wooden table. Why not show it off and ditch the table clothes. Dress your table with white ceramics, green foliage and candles at different heights. Giving a beautiful pared back scandi style to your festive table. Decorations can be found at Garden Trading.

Can’t beat a real candle for Christmas magic. Group tea lights together for a beautifully vintage setting to your table with these antique silver tea light holders from Rex London. £2.95 each. Alternatively they’d make great minute vases for Christmas posy’s.

Make candles the main centerpiece of your table and provide reflective surfaces in crystal and silver cutlery to add to the sparkling magic at night. Keep things safer and reusable with realistic flame LED pillar candles from Lights 4 fun. £29.99

If you can’t get your hands on spare fir branches. Why not repurpose a artificial garland as a three dimensional runner for your center piece. Add baubles in your chosen colour scheme. I prefer traditional red and gold but you could go crazy with your colours. Then add a string of white LED battery bulb lights so your setting glows. Lights can be found at Rex London £19.95
