Why Infusible Ink?
Infusible Ink is like magic for crafters. Unlike vinyl, it won’t peel off, and it’s impervious to water damage. Plus, it’s incredibly easy to work with—perfect for beginners and seasoned crafters alike.

Supplies You’ll Need
Before we get started, gather these essentials:
- Infusible Ink Sheets: These are the heart and soul of your coaster project. I chose the yellow from the splash pad set of patterned sheets
- Cricut EasyPress 3: This nifty gadget ensures flawless results. Set it to 400°F, and you’re ready to roll.
- Cricut Maker or Maker 3
- Cricut Infusible Ink Ceramic Coasters: The canvas for your masterpiece.
- Cricut Heat Resistant Tape: Trust me; this little hero keeps everything in place during the process.

Let’s Get Crafty: Infusible Ink Coasters

Method 1: Using Infusible Ink Sheets
- Download the design: Grab the beautiful sunflower svg at the bottom of this post
- Design and Cut: Cut the sunflower design on an Infusible Ink sheet (remembering to mirror it). I recommend you cut twice with more pressure. Then remove any excess paper by weeding around the design with your hands.
- Prep the Coasters: Wipe down the tops of your Cricut ceramic coasters with a lint-free cloth.
- Heat It Up: Preheat your Cricut EasyPress3 to 400°F and set it for 240 seconds.
- Assemble: Place your coasters on a piece of scrap cardstock. Lay your design face down on the coaster, securing it with Cricut heat-resistant tape.
- Press and Cool: Cover everything with butcher paper, place the EasyPress3, and let it sit for 240 seconds. Once done, remove carefully and let it cool.
- Reveal the Magic: After cooling, remove the tape and paper with tweezers. Voilà! Your stunning coasters are ready to impress.
