Feel Multivitamins review
It’s cold season and I want to try and stay on top of my health as much as possible now I’ve returned to face to face teaching. So when I was asked if I’d like to review Feel Multivitamins I thought I would see what the benifits could be.

What are Feel multivitamins
Feel multivitamins are subscription box vitamins. Priced at 60 capsules for £11.95
They are certified vegan, non GMO, allegen free, kosher and Halal.
They have a combination of 33 vitamins, minerals and botanicals. Helping to supplement your diet and improve digestive health, boost your immune system and keep your body in good condition.
Packed in 100% paper pouches and boxes. No plastic is used in the packing.
How can a multivitamin help?
In the summer I personally feel my diet is so wide and full of fresh produce that I don’t need to supplement my diet. However in the winter, I don’t get outdoors as much and tend to eat lots more comforting foods which aren’t as nutritionally dense.
Plus its the time for colds and with a suppressed immune system due to coeliac. I think multivitamins can be a good addition to my lifestyle.
My thoughts on Feel multivitamins
Initial thoughts were how pleasant they were to smell and taste. Most multivitamins I have tried in the past have left a bad taste in my mouth. But I just loved the minty flavour.
Other plus points for me are they are vegan and gluten free. Come in plastic free packaging and are competitively priced.
I’ve been taking them for just over two weeks and so far I’ve felt healthy and haven’t succumb to the round of sniffles at school.
Long term I hope they can help me overcome my brittle nails and dry skin that I seem to suffer with in winter.
Will I continue?
Based on the fact they are under 40p a day, I see no reason to stop taking them over the winter. A good addition to lots of things I do to keep healthy in the colder season. In the summer?
Probably not as I try to maintain the 50 foods a week diet to keep a nutritionally complex range of ingredients on my plate.
