Free dinosaur SVG for Cricut

How to Get Started

Uploading the SVG File

Once you’ve signed up and downloaded the SVG file, the next step is to upload it to your Cricut or Silhouette Cameo machine. Here’s how:

1. Open the Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio.
2. Click new project
3. Select blank canvas
4. Click on ‘Upload’ on the left-hand side panel.
5. Click on ‘Upload Image’.
6. Click on ‘Browse’ and locate the downloaded SVG file.
7. Click on ‘upload.

And voila! Your dinosaur SVG file is now ready to be used.

Cutting the SVG File

Now that your SVG file is uploaded, it’s time to cut. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

1. Select the uploaded SVG file from ‘Recently Uploaded Images’.
2. Click on ‘add to canvas’ to add it to your canvas.
3. Adjust the size as needed.
4. Select all of the dinosaur and click on ‘attach’
5. Click on ‘Make’.
6. Select the material you’re cutting on. This could be vinyl, paper, card, or basswood. (If cutting on HTV, remember to mirror the design)
7. Load the chosen material into your machine.
8. Press ‘Go’ and watch your machine work its magic!

Creating Your Project

With your dinosaur cut-out ready, you can now proceed to make your project. This could be a cool dinosaur-themed t-shirt using HTV, a greeting card, a wall decal, or even a 3D dinosaur model if you’re using basswood. The possibilities are endless!
