Despite following a strict gluten free diet I still suffer with symptoms of coeliac and IBS. My nemesis is the bloat. I often can look about 7 months pregnant, not only do I not like the look but it’s really painful and slows me down.

Start of the trial
Can a supplement really make a big difference to my painful bloating episodes and the subsequent lack of energy? These contain 50 billion live friendly bacteria and calcium to help with normal healthy balanced digestive system.
Here’s my IGTV with my initial thoughts.
Week one

As you can see at the start of week one I was slightly bloated but it wasn’t painful enough for me to have to ditch my ‘normal’ clothes.
By day five I had a bad bout and had to seek the comfort of pj’s. Even wearing them can be uncomfortable. Not ideal when you have to go to work etc.
Week 2

A bloat free week, in fact my tummy was behaving itself so well I was back in my jeans! Even a sign of an ab, making a reappearance.
Week 3

Looking back at these pictures I really cant believe how well my tummy has behaved. In a normal month I would probably have a big bloat maybe 4 -6 times.
Week 4

Feeling more comfortable in my clothes than I have done in a good while. Combined with a new yoga routine in the mornings, my belly is the calmest it’s been in a very long while.
I’ve also noticed that my usual trigger foods (onions / spicy) and stress haven’t gone straight to my stomach either.
gut powered ultimate review Final thoughts
It was a simple addition to to my morning routine to make. I did wonder whether I’d be able to tell any difference after just a month and if I didn’t have the photo diary to look back on I’m not sure I’d be able to pin point if it had helped or not. But, looking at the evidence and seeing only one big bloat tells me so much.
The only reluctance I have is the price they are £22.99 at Holland and Barrett for 30 capsules. The penny pincher in me is wondering whether to still carry on with them. My husband disagrees and thinks its a small price (76p a day) to pay for much less time feeling sorry for myself.
I can also save on the cost if I use the subscribe and save option.
