I used to eat Indian food before my coeliac diagnosis and it was my go to choice when ordering a take away. Since then I haven’t eaten it apart from when cooking at home. But my gluten free Indian repertoire is a little limited. So I turned to my fellow foodie bloggers for inspiration. You will have to agree with me that their recipes look amazing and I can’t wait to cook up my favourites this weekend.

I love the idea of food as medicine. This recipe almost makes me wish I had a cold.

Who doesn’t love an onion bhaji with their curry? I have been experimenting with different recipes and this one has come out a winner! Served with some homemade mint sauce and we’re laughing (or dribbling!) What I love about this recipe is just how easy it is plus the fact that it is gluten free and dairy free.

Indian food is one of my favourites. It’s always been a good one for vegetarians like me and your round-up of gluten-free recipes is a really good idea. But please don’t wish for the flu – it’s horrid.
