A to Z of gluten free – Indian

I used to eat Indian food before my coeliac diagnosis and it was my go to choice when ordering a take away. Since then I haven’t eaten it apart from when cooking at home. But my gluten free Indian repertoire is a little limited. So I turned to my fellow foodie bloggers for inspiration. You will have to agree with me that their recipes look amazing and I can’t wait to cook up my favourites this weekend.

  2. Indian food is one of my favourites. It’s always been a good one for vegetarians like me and your round-up of gluten-free recipes is a really good idea. But please don’t wish for the flu – it’s horrid.
