Crystal art review

At the weekend I received a package from Craft Buddy containing a variety of Crystal Art products. You know I love to try out anything new, and I have never attempted this before. See how I got on with my Crystal Art review and don’t miss out on a great giveaway at the bottom of this post!

What is Crystal art?

Basically it is very similar to painting by numbers. You can get all sorts of kits. I was sent a notebook, sticker set and a crystal art card kit.

You then follow the numbers, attaching little crystals to the sticky surface with a special pen.

Be warned it is really addictive!

Who can do it?

The sets some with age advice. My kids both had a go at the sticker set. My youngest who is 7 got the bug and was soon a pro at completing them. Even taking over on the notebook kit which is rated 8+.

We turned the owl sticker set into Christmas decorations and a bookmark for a teacher gift. Using some precut card shapes. You can get the free svg file for the tag and book mark here.

Our thoughts

We loved this craft! My boys are never normally interested in spending time on crafts, but we all found it kind of hypnotic to fill in the design. A perfect activity for a cold winters day.

Sticker sets start from £2.49, notebooks start at £9.99 and cards from £2.49

Don’t forget to Pin it for later!
