Here’s how I created the perfect teen bedroom with PHOTOWALL in just one easy step.
My eldest is on the cusp of being a teenager, so when we recently moved, we started thinking about how to decorate his new room.
Suddenly the pictures and accessories looked a little childish and he was keen to have a more grown up look for his bedroom.

Looking for ideas
Our new home is over three hundred years old and there is not a straight wall insight, so we had already ruled out wallpapering.
I asked him what he was looking for and he wanted something that would fit with his gaming and fantasy hobbies.
We talked about colours and blue was a big contender.
So we headed to the website and browsed the canvas prints, looking at the the blue style designs until something shouted to him.

Order and assemble
Then it was simply a matter of picking the size we needed. It was shipped quickly and once we unpacked it, we just had to assemble it.
I did have my reservations, but it was so simple to put together, basically sticking the frame to the canvas and then securing the corners. It stretched out smoothly and it was so exciting to see the design up close and on a large scale.
Hanging it was a doddle and I hope you agree it has made such a difference to his room. With one simple change we’ve gone from tween room to teen room.
It will be a great starting point to style the rest of his room around and will look even more eye-catching when we get a chance to freshen up the walls with new paint.
