Materials Needed:
Before you begin stitching my Christmas Muffin, make sure you have the following materials:
- 14 count Aida fabric (preferably in a light, festive colour)
- Embroidery hoop
- DMC Embroidery floss
- Cross-stitch needle size 24
- Scissors
- Pattern printout
Instructions:
- Begin by securing your Aida fabric in the embroidery hoop, making sure it's taut but not too tight.
- Download and print the Christmas Muffin cross-stitch pattern from the bottom of this post. The pattern is designed for ease of use, with clear symbols and colour codes to guide you through each stitch.
- Thread your needle with the first colour indicated on the pattern, and start stitching according to the chart. Don't forget to refer to the key for guidance on the different symbols.
- Take your time and enjoy the rhythmic process of cross-stitching. As you work through the pattern, you'll see the Christmas Muffin come to life, one stitch at a time.
- Feel free to get creative with the colours. Add your personal touch by experimenting with different shades or even incorporating metallic threads for a bit of festive sparkle.
- Once you've completed the stitching, carefully remove the fabric from the hoop and trim any excess threads.
