My love of lap crafts in the past few months continues to grow. It’s great to have something to work on whilst I watch a box set. So I was delighted to be asked to review this Sock Creatures craft kit.

I would recommend that if children want to make them they should be 11+ to make them on their own. If they are younger, it’s a great project to craft together.

Or simply gift the creatures to a loved one after you’ve had the pleasure of making it.

Final thoughts

They are a really fun crafty kit! I loved getting it through the post. We had a big range of animals and colours of socks to choose from.

I wanted to make them all, but my son is delighted with his Kitty. Now named flames.

It took me an afternoon to stitch the Sock creature together. If you were skilled on the machine, you could speed up this process. But I loved the handmade look of my final Kitty.
