What does it contain?

Nails

My nails are often prone to breakage, as I do huges amonts of washing up in my teaching role. In the winter they are dry and brittle, flaking and tend to end up very short.

After two weeks they do feel a bit stronger and they have managed to grow longer than I would normally get them at this time of year.

Skin

I am fairly lucky with my skin, I don’t tend to get breakouts. But now I’ve turned forty I am seeing more wrinkles and the prospect of a bit of ‘plumping’ sounded good. I’ve taken the photos with nothing on my skin.

So far I think I look a little less ‘tired’ and my skin tone seems more even especially around my nose area.

I am hoping they will continue to help, especially with the stubborn area under my left eye.

Hair

My hair is a fickly creature and especially now I have fully embraced the curly girl method. I find the comparison here a little difficult to make as I think my hair in the before photo had been freshly washed.

But my hair is feeling a bit more hydrated and less likely to frizz up in the changeable weather and temperatures of winter.

Final thoughts

I can definitely see a different in my nail health and some positive changes in my skin and hair. Obviously I am only one pack in and a longer time will help me see more clearly the results.
